Bills arrive as supplier emails, PDFs and photos of receipts, and someone has to open each one, read the total and the GST, pick the expense account, check it isn’t a reminder for a bill already paid, and file the original where the accountant can find it. Penny does that job. Installed into your own n8n from the Awesomate Hub, she reads every document that reaches her — by Gmail or Outlook label, a forwarding address, a drop into chat, or a snap from your phone — codes it to your chart of accounts, catches duplicates, converts foreign currencies at the day’s ECB rate, and files the evidence beside a clean transaction register. Then ask her where the money went: “How much did we spend this month?” gets an exact answer, from your data. Setup is a conversation in the Chat Hub, not a build.
