Who fixes it when it breaks?
We do. We monitor every account, failure alerts come with Support Plus, and on Pro our AI error watch proposes fixes that our team applies.
Do you see the price before work starts?
Yes. Plans are published, and every engineer build on Pro is quoted in credits before we start.
Can you change it yourself later?
Yes. Ask your AI assistant, edit it yourself, or send it to us. It is your automation either way.
Will they tell you if you don't need it?

How much does AI automation cost for a small business?
Our plans start at $75/mo for managed hosting you build on yourself. Support Plus is $175/mo and adds expert help and building with your AI assistant. Pro is $375/mo and includes one credit a month for our engineers. Larger builds are quoted in credits at $100 each before we start. Australian and New Zealand businesses are billed in Australian dollars. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and your card is not charged until day 15.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Ask for what you need in plain words. Your AI assistant can build it in your account, or on Pro our engineers build it for you. Either way we host it, monitor it and help when something needs a look.

What do you build automations with?
Each customer gets their own n8n automation account, which connects to hundreds of apps such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Shopify, Slack and Xero. Our engineers build with AI every day, mostly Claude. Your website, knowledge base and website chat assistant all live in the same Awesomate Hub.
Where is my data hosted?
In Australian data centres, with a 99.9% uptime target, database replication, regular snapshots and offsite point-in-time recovery. For businesses that need it, we also run private servers of their own.
Do you work with businesses in New Zealand?
Yes. We work with businesses across Australia, New Zealand and beyond, and New Zealand businesses are billed in Australian dollars.
How long does it take to build an automation?
It depends on the scope. Many automations are live within a week, and custom apps usually take two to six weeks. On Pro you see a quote in credits before anything starts.
