How Pro credits work
A team on tap, not a retainer
A credit is a unit of our team’s time: $100 buys up to 2 hours, spent on whatever you need. Credits roll over, you can top up anytime, and Pro includes a done-for-you setup every month. You pay for what you use, not a large retainer you are locked into.
Pro is also the first plan where we work directly inside your account. Essentials covers the hosting, Support Plus adds expert advice, and Pro adds hands-on building: you set the priorities and our team does the work. If a project looks bigger than ongoing requests, raise it in your automation review and we will recommend the right way to scope it.
